Grayslake Cycling Classic

The 3rd Annual Grayslake Cycling Classic was a success with some big names in Midwest racing showing up once again. Cole House of Bianchi/Grand Performance
won the Mens Pro 1-2 race and the top Pro woman of the day was Kristen Meshberg of Flatlandia Cycling Team. The crashes were minimal and the course continues to receive great praise from the racers. See you again in 2009!!

Course Description
Nestled tightly within the Prairie Crossing community in Grayslake, IL, this criterium is about 1.1 miles long with a fast layout. The course consists of straight sections, soft-sweeping 90s, plus two hard 90 degree turns, and a sweeping 180 degree turn just 100 meters from the start/finish. The Village Green is in the center of all the action, and provides plenty of room for spectators and sponsors to spread out.

For 2008 we will continue running the course clockwise with the start-finish line on the north side of the village green, same as last year!
